An alternative booking service for LBC Balikbayan Box Sea Cargo — Sydney customers only.
We offer a convenient pickup and empty box delivery service for Sydney Metro customers sending Balikbayan Boxes via LBC Sea Cargo. This is an alternative channel — you book through us, and we handle the pickup or delivery before handing your box directly to LBC.
Click BOOK PICKUP/DELIVERY and fill in your details — address, preferred time, number of boxes. We'll confirm your slot based on your suburb's zone day.
Pack your Balikbayan Box and complete the LBC packing list.
Our driver collects your box on your scheduled day. You pay the box deposit directly to our driver (cash or bank transfer). We handle the turnover to LBC.

We offer an alternative pickup and delivery service for LBC Balikbayan Boxes via Sea Cargo only. This service is available to Sydney Metro customers who want a convenient, scheduled pickup or empty box delivery.
Pickup & Delivery Fees:
- 🟢 Free for scheduled pickups and deliveries between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays
- 🟡 $5 per box for bookings scheduled after 5:00 pm
- 🔴 $10 per box for bookings during the available weekend schedule in your suburb
LBC box deposit payments may be made directly to our pickup driver via cash or bank transfer.
